Transition Community Conversations
All Founders/Long-Term CEOs are welcome to join the LTC confidential community. This group consists of leaders who are considering transitioning at some point in the future, and exited social sector leaders who are interested in the topic of leadership transition. We curate a community conversation focused on topics such as the role of equity in leadership transitions, exploring how to best engage Boards in the transition process, fundraising around a transition, and more.
Being part of this community includes invitations to these conversations, and access to a select set of leadership transition resources.
